Monday Madness: My Questions

1. What is the best (and worst) Valentines gift you have ever received? ...Ben gave me a celtic band ring to match the one that i had bought him on holiday years before. It's exactly the same ... i'd bought the one for him in a little seaside jewellers and would never have imagined he'd be able to find a womans version.. i love it =) .. i can't remember anything naff that i've been given ~ thats not to say i haven't just blanked it from my memory *L
2. What is the best (and worst) Valentines gift you have ever given? ...I once made butterscotch angel delight (Bens favourite pud) and made a mould out of cardboard in the shape of a heart.. 49p and a pint of milk and he says its the best present ever =) ...the worst.. does deciding between us to get nothing for each other count as bad ??
3. In the past, have you ever sent or received an anonymous Valentines Card? If so, do you now know who sent you the card? And if you've sent one, does the person you sent a card to know it was from you? ...i don't think i've sent a card to someone i wasn't dating at the time.. i did once get a card that i hoped desperately was from James Dixon... he asked me out for months at school but i was too embarrassed to say yes even tho i wanted to =(


4. Have you ever sent an anonymous Valentines and got together with that person afterwards? ...nope.. can't remember sending an anonymous card ever


5. Do you make special plans for Valentines, or is it just another commercial plan to make people spend money? ...nothing big and pricey.. might push the boat out and cook Ben his favourite tea.. chicken supreme ...hmmmm!


6. Do you buy, or make, traditional gifts, like red roses and chocolates, or do you like to be different? ...i like to be a little different and i haven't bought Ben chocolate or flowers before but i do like those... i think its more about being thoughtful and considerate. i might even run Ben a bubble bath tomorrow... i'd prefer to buy something for Ben that he actually wants tho rather than a lil teddy holding a rose; he isn't really a teddy kinda guy *L*teehee!


7. Do you think you are with that special someone, are you waiting for that special someone, or is there 'the one that got away'? ...i'm with my special someone.. he's my rock, my best friend, he'll always be part of my life.. i do wonder about a random one that got away but i don't let it eat me up it's just that i'm a 'what if?' person ...i hope he's happy tho =)

todays been all go.. Lauren was at the orthadontist slap bang in the middle of her school time.. well, if they didn't go changing the holidays it wouldn't have fallen that way ~ and i told them that too =) ...she's not happy tho =( ...fitted braces are to be 'installed' in 3 months time which will just give her enough time to recover from having an operation to help a stubborn tooth break thro the gum ....eeeek!
