How Proud Am I =))

Nothing much in my inbox this morning, however i did get a document sent to me from Ben.. it didn't make for interesting reading, until i spotted this bit:

T&T support 'Ben' has established good contacts with Finance which are enabling cheque payments to be turned around consistently within 10-14 days. This represents a significant achievement given the situation a few months ago. 'Ben' has put a good deal of effort into this and it is thanks to his communication skills that a former problem area has been turned around so effectively.

Its wonderful to see he is getting some recognition =) ..there was also target suggestions within the report and i'm hoping that this particular one...

The four T&T staff in Manchester are fully integrated members of the ICSS team. It was suggested that the T&T management in Manchester might be able to share experiences with the team seconded to ICSS in Solihull to see if a similar high standard of service can be achieved Nationally.

...refers to the fact that Bens been asked to go to Solihull to "provide some guidance training on SAP to some of the team here? The team feel they will benefit from you coming down here and answering their questions." ...i don't think Ben yet falls into the T&T management but i know Jack does, and Bens already said that it's likely he'll be joining him the next time he goes down to Solihull.. so all in all, everythings on the up there for Ben =)
