Monday Madness: Easter Weekend

1. What was the highlight of your weekend? ...spending a lovely day with my mum, dad, sister and Ben and the girls =) ...the more i think about them living abroad the more i appreciate the time i spend with them =(
2. What was the best meal you ate this past weekend? ...certainly the lamb ribs and beef stefado my dad made on Sunday... they were delish!
3. Did you spend time with anyone special? ...see Q1
4. Did the weekend seem to drag, or go by too quickly? ...a little of both... Sunday i was surprised when it was only 7pm... i thought it was much later... overall tho, the weekend hasn't been long enough and Ben going back to work was a kick in the ass this morning =(
