Completion Dates

My folks have been in touch over the weekend and the purchase of 'A Place in Greece', to coin a phrase, (hmmmmmm - wonder who coined that phrase..?) will hopefully be completed by 26th August 2006! Wow! .. this is all happening soooo much quicker than i thought it would, or could... or hoped =((
This morning there were more viewers showing interest in their place and these really did seem keen. It'd be wonderful for my folks to sell their place here real quick so they didn't have to dip into savings but if thats not the case then so long as they aren't missing our of the house of their dreams then i am happy for them. They have another 9 days left in Greece now and all ends have already be tied up so its just about what they want rather than what they need now. They've signed over their account to a solicitor and have gotten a builder on board to throw a few ideas about- and i'm actually quite excited about going abroad now =) ..Lauren on the other hand is totally gutted about everything altho i do think most of the time she is putting it on just for effect ...she has the 'moody teenage' look and attitude down to a tea =( ..today she has been Hard work (note the capital 'H') ...if i told her the sky was blue she'd tell me it was green =(( .. i wouldn't mind if it was my arguement but yet again her and Ben have been bickering all day so i stayed out of it as much as i could- til it got too much- again .. eurgh! ..it's SO energy-zapping and i had kinda hoped this 'phase' had pass without the sign of any arguing for almost a fortnight- i was wrong- VERY wrong!
