Monday Madness: What Happened to Miss Independent?

Thanks to Tricia for the first three questions below!

1. Have you ever travelled outside of your own country? ...i went on a day trip to France when i was 13 years old- we travelled by coach and then ferry and spent at most 6 hours in France before having to return to the coach... it was so exciting tho... i don't think i'd have ever travelled abroad again if it wasn't for my buying a new home in Crete... once they move i can't really make excuses anymore although i'm not totally happy about the idea of flying =(
2. If you could be any animal, which animal would you be, and why? ...i'd love to be a giraffe- i've always thought that *L .. maybe its because i'm not so tall =/ ...if not a giraffe, then a dog- i'd wag my tail A LOT
3. Do you read manga? ...no
   


4. Are you doing anything special to celebrate Independence Day? (For those of you who don't live in the U.S., did you do anything special this past weekend?) ...nothing much in particular... i watched England lose on penalties in the World Cup again - thats not special tho- thats just second nature nowadays *sighs
5. How many memes do you participate in regularly? ...memes are precisely what? i'm not sure what falls into this category but anything i do participate in i link to in my sidebar: Unconscious Mutterings, Monday Madness and Photo Friday ...do they count?
6. How much is a gallon of petrol where you live? Have you cut down on your driving since the prices have gone up? ...i have no clue about petrol prices as i don't drive and neither does Ben but i really wish one of us did =(
