World Cup 2006: England v Portugal

And yet again Englad are turfed out of the World Cup after losing on penalties ...eurgh!! ..i'm really deflated actually and i can't be bothered to talk about it in depth -its just the same old all over again =( ..Ben reckons Beckhams Press Conference this morning announcing his resignation from the captaincy was 'the best tactical move we made all tournament' and our only saving grace is 'at least we can say we went out in the same round as Brazil' ..hardly what i was hoping for but with the blatant dirty game plan that took place yesterday we were lucky to last out til the penalty shoot out in the first place =/ ...i don't believe Ronaldo will play again at Old Trafford- not as a Manchester United player at least- rumours are that he wants to go (its all a bit political but its expected his move to Real Madrid is imminent- depending on the outcome of the presidential elections in Spain) -he's done nothing to dampen those flames ..and i don't think it would be safe to play him for at least the next 2 seasons so maybe Alex Ferguson should get good money for him on the back of his *ahem* credible World Cup performances ...oh well, roll on 2010 ...*sighs*

BB7: Day 46

my early impressions of the new house mates are:

Spiral - [as asked by Ellas dad] could he be the main competition for Pete if he gets in the main house? ..i don't think Spiral has the awww factor to compete with Pete- he's similar to Pete but he's a bit more of a ...hmmm.. a geezer, maybe? I think there might be one other (of the original housemates) who could knock Pete off his perch but i can't bring myself to say it ...*spits
Jayne for me is just too much (funny but without consideration)
Michael is okay but i suspect he might get a bit bitchy (will he surpass Richard *gasps*)
Jennie is similar to Nikki i think but just.. well.. normal (only Nikki is supposed to be 6 years old)
Jonathan is alright but he seems so miffed at not going into the main house straight away that he isn't enjoying himself- i think he is Aisleynes type of guy so is it possible he might not be evicted and won't move to the main house at all- ohh, he gonna be SO angry *LOL

However, since Jayne was 'evicted' this afternoon and took up residence in the main house i reckon the secret housemates have put 2 and 2 together and come up with 4 and a half -they're so close to being spot on but they keep talking themselves out of it ..i do reckon Aisleyne has this sussed tho and will evict from the Secret House knowing that the evicted HM will move to the main house... only thing is, will BB accept that as a nomination reason- does she even have to give a reason.. back in the main house Jayne is already stirring things up regards Aisleyne and i keep having to remind myself that Jayne isn't aware that Aisleyne will return to the main house at a later date.. or is she aware? we've been told so much that i can't remember what's the truth and what's gossip or rumours that i've read online *LOL ...the fact is that only Nikki replied when Jayne asked who was glad to see the back of Aisleyne at last weeks eviction night: will Aisleyne get a better reaction on her return than i imagined, or is that just wishful thinking..??
